Sugarworks Privacy Policy

Sugarworks is a private tool used only by Triple A Cafe in Carrollton, Texas, to plan and publish the cafe's own social media and Google Business Profile posts. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses. With the owner's permission, Sugarworks connects to the cafe's own Google account to read and update its Google Sheet, use photos in its Google Drive folder, send approval emails and read photo and idea submissions from staff through Gmail, and publish posts to the cafe's Google Business Profile.

How information is used. Only to run the cafe's own posting. Post captions and photos are sent to Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) to write captions and edit images, and to Meta, Google, and Nextdoor when a post is published.

Sharing. No information is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else. Everything stays in the cafe's own accounts.
